On November 9, 1972, John Bucyk, left winger for the Boston Bruins, scored his 1,000th point. Bucyk retired as the leading career point scorer among left wings, a record surpassed by Luc Robitaille. Although he had a reputation for some harsh hip checks, Bucyk was a notably clean player who won the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy for sportsmanship in 1971 and 1974. Bucyk was induced into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1981.

Philadelphia's own UBIQ is celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. We were happy to be asked to collaborate with our creative and inspiring friends on Walnut Street on some "ubiquitous" headwear. Take a look.

Inspired by our beloved Broad Street Bullies, this limited edition collection consists of a snapback and a leather strapback.
The snapback is cotton with an orange snap closure, raised front embroidery and UBIQ's special five star embroidery on the side.

The strapback is made from premium suede and comes with a leather closure, raised front embroidery and the same UBIQ five star side embroidery.

Both hats will be available online and in the UBIQ retail store this Saturday.

Along with the headwear collaboration with us, UBIQ worked with New Balance on a limited edition sneaker offering . We had no part in this, but we thought we'd show you the pics anyway because the sneakers look amazing.

Pretty nice, don't you think? The sneakers will also be available this Saturday, but only at the UBIQ retail store.
Happy Anniversary UBIQ. We're happy to have you as our partners and collaborators. Here's to at least 10 more!
